In this luxury apartment located south of the Grove mall in Los Angeles, engineered hardwood flooring had been extremely saturated from a storm-related water damage. When wood flooring is affected, it is known to buckle or crown. This can be extremely dangerous as it creates a hazard to those who dwell in that area.
